CROSS is a student initiative by the World Economic Forum that connects young leaders with the tools, networks, and experiences to address the world’s most pressing challenges. The organization works towards projects aligned with the WEF’s 11 Centers. Members engage in research, simulations, and community-impact projects while developing leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Chapter Leaders organize projects, events, and discussions aligned with the WEF’s 11 Centers, such as sustainability, AI, global health, and ethical finance. Students will gain leadership, communication, and collaboration experience while managing local initiatives. Competitive applicants have strong communication skills, organizational ability, are self-motivated, responsible, and community-minded. They should have an interest in economics, sustainability, technology, or public policy, as well as a passion for learning and global impact.
